USA Customers Info
For U.S. customers, all orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means all customs duties, taxes, and import fees are fully covered.

Customs and Import tax for other Countries
Please note that all international orders will arrive as "Delivered Duty Unpaid" (not customs cleared). This means that the customer retains the responsibility to pay for any Customs, VAT they may incur on deliveries sent from Switzerland. Your local postal service may request you to pay them before releasing your parcel.

Tracking number
All shipments are sent with a tracking number and are sent with the Swiss Post. As soon as the order has been sent, you will receive a notification email with the tracking number. You can check the shipment status via:

Damaged package
Pebby Cutters assumes no liability for packages that have been damaged in transit. Such a case must be reported as a damage claim at the nearest post office with the tracking number available. If this happens, please contact me and I will help you.

Stolen or lost packages
Pebby Cutters assumes no liability for stolen or lost packages. If a package is lost in transit, a claim must also be submitted at the post office using the tracking number. If this happens, please contact me and I will help you. Notice: If a package has been declared as “delivered” no loss can be claimed.
